The hardest thing for me was realising all of my loved ones would never be in the same place. When I moved to NYC in December 2019, I wasn’t aware the choice I had just made. The fact that my life would now be split in two, never having both my family, and all the people I care about around me. Moving overseas has presented many challenges, but I’ve found this to be the most difficult.
